UK / India Low-Carbon Vehicle Seminar and Mission Programme
The UK-Indian Low Carbon Vehicles Seminar and Mission Programme, is a bilateral set of events taking place from the 23rd-27th November 2009.
Timed to coincide with the major International Environmentally Friendly Vehicle Conference (IEFVC) in Delhi on the 23rd-24th November 2009, UKTI is providing you with the opportunity to attend this event as well as a series of bilateral events in Delhi and Pune to discuss co-operation in this important area.
The Programme
The programme begins on the 22rd November with an informal welcome dinner. On the 23rd and 24th November delegates will have the opportunity to attend the conference in Delhi. This will be followed by a UKTI sponsored networking Reception on the evening of the 24th November.
On the 25th November UKTI are proud to present the Low-Carbon Vehicle Seminar, which will open with keynote addresses from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), India and Professor Julia King, Vice Chancellor, Aston University. The seminar will be followed by facilitated interactive panel sessions as well as technology workshops, exploring themes such as:
- Electric Vehicles
- Hybrid Vehicles
- Advanced Materials
- Energy Efficient Internal Combustion Engines
As well as a networking lunch, a series of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings will take place, providing you with the chance to meet the relevant potential partners and decision makers to discuss new business opportunities.
This will be followed by a trip Pune, India on the 26th November 2009.
