Forward Commitment Procurement delivered under SUSCIN, is designed to support and nurture eco-innovators and give them an opportunity to showcase their sustainable products and services.  In turn, FCP gives large procurers or “Green Dragons” access to the latest, cutting-edge innovations in sustainable design, helping the eco-innovators to develop to suit the Dragons’ procurement needs.
