Flexible Framework self-assessment tool

The Flexible Framework self-assessment tool enables you to understand how your supply chain compares to the good practice recommended by the Sustainable Procurement Task Force.

The tool is easy to use and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. It provides helpful advice on what you need to do to progress your strategy in each area and will help you understand more about sustainable procurement and the actions you may take to help you embed sustainable procurement in your organisation. It is a good tool to send to your suppliers in preparation for performance or evaluation meetings. The tool is relatively simplistic and intended to provide you with a brief overview rather than in-depth analysis.
