Quality Standards for competitive advantage

The third workshop in the series covered all aspects regarding Quality Standards for competitive advantage. Every public sector organisation requires its suppliers to demonstrate that they are an appropriate and safe choice. Organisational policies are vital to illustrating that your business meets their requirements. This workshop explained in detail the policies companies would need and how to develop and improve them.

This session was aimed at all organisations that would like to work with the public sector. Whether individuals already have a full set of policies in place, and would like to achieve better outcomes from these; or whether this is something new they need to tackle in order to qualify for opportunities, this practical workshop provided individuals with the tools and information to develop the right policies for their organisation.
